  1. May I simply just say what a comfort to discover somebody who genuinely knows what they are talking about over the internet. You certainly realize how to bring an issue to light and make it important. More people really need to look at this and understand this side of the story. I was surprised that you aren’t more popular given that you certainly have the gift.|

      Hello,

Thanks for taking the time to write and for your kind comments.

I wanted to touch on a point that you have made about “not being more popular.” I was a highly motivated adult who returned to college and recently received my degree in Marketing/Communications. When I created my website, I was unemployed and was looking to transition into the marketing/communications field. The purpose of creating my website was to showcase my portfolio to prospective employers and to show them a few of my writing samples about what I could do if they hired me. It worked! I was hired as a digital marketing project manager.

I feel that the content on my website educates, solves problems, and shows my expertise. However, parts of my website lacks good search engine optimization (SEO) that gets my website to rank higher on search engines. I have not quite figured this part out yet.

At some point, I may want to take my website to the next level where I get more visitors. But for now, I am happy with the results.

      Renee
